Catherine Tyson-Sewell
Catherine Tyson-Sewell is the Managing Director of Missing Link Training and Support Services, an on demand training facility for soft skills, self development and work ready programs. Catherine is a trained social worker, author and media personality with an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Social Work.

Catherine is widely known in the media as a radio and television talk show host and producer of her show Lighten Up with Catherine Tyson and is the Producer and Host of the CTS Wind Down Radio show.  She has also been the Chairperson for the Miss Universe Cayman Islands organization and the director for various theatre productions, most recently Saving Christmas islands, an original Christmas musical written by her daughter, Actress and Model, Caitlin Tyson, Miss Universe Cayman Islands 2018.  Catherine has been involved with pageants for over 15 years when Caitlin was crowned Our Little Miss and travelled to Tennessee and place Top 10 and World’s Best Smile!

She is the author of I’m Somebody’s Mama, the iFactor for Women and her latest book, Single Mama; Powerful not Pitiful.  Catherine’s career spans many years in the media, management, and training and is known for her passion and dedication to her country and issues involving the betterment of women, children and families.

Her first appearance at Miss Global International pageant was this year (2023) when her delegate, Mili Almaguer, Miss Cayman Global,  placed Top 10 and was awarded People’s Choice.  A mother of 4 fabulous children, she enjoys travelling, reading and dancing.
